Reflection and Rotation

Reflection:

I was learning to  draw a picture by reflecting my name from one side to the other.

I found it easy to mirror my name from one side to the other.

My next step is to try a new strategy to mirror a picture or my name.

City of Ember Wordle

This is my description of The City of Ember.

I was describing the City of Ember to put a picture in your head of what it looks like to be underground in a small town with fail lights, with the things you need to survive that are running out!

It has a weird education that when your twelve you get a job.

Where the Mayer doesn't even know what he's doing.

Wouldn't you wander what you could do to save the city?

I encourage you to read The City of Ember where there are let downs and amazing adventures, problems to solve and disasters to fix. But if you think books are not your thing then you should watch the movie.

My Reflection:

I was learning to use differrent strategies to solve 28x5.

I found it really easy to solve these problems.

My next step is to use different strategies and a harder problem.

I was learning to write a quick story and highlight the different parts of the story like :the lead in ,the main , the interruption and the add on.

I found it quite easy to highlight the story with some hits from the teacher.

My next step is to use the knowledge I already know to help me next time.

My Reflection:

We were learning to make a video for our school to help them know what to do in a fire drill.

First we had to right a script and practice the words then the whole thing together , then with the camera. I found it very fun and exciting . My next step is to write a better script .

Diamante Poem About Opposites

My Reflection:

I was learning to write a Diamante poem about opposites for example grass and dead grass,

black and white and dead and alive. I tried to use black and white but could not find doing words

for the 2 subjects. My next step is to find something a little more easier than black and white.
